Abstract
Many nurses who have disabilities view the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as a piece of legislation that will have significant implications for nurse administrators and managers at all levels. This legislation becomes fully operational in July 1992, and little has been written in nursing literature about its implications. As a nurse administrator, are you ready to "cope with disability?"
