Uterine rupture in pregnancy in women who undergone previous laparoscopic myomectomy is an exceptional event. The spread of laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of uterine myomas, however, has been accompanied by the occurrence of cases of uterine rupture in pregnancy. The case we report is the sixth present in the literature. It regards a 34-years-old woman who suffered uterine rupture at the 26th week of gestation.
既往接受过腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的女性在孕期发生子宫破裂是一种罕见事件。然而，腹腔镜检查在子宫肌瘤外科治疗中的广泛应用伴随着孕期子宫破裂病例的出现。我们报道的该病例是文献中记载的第六例。患者为一名34岁女性，在妊娠26周时发生子宫破裂。
