Vitamin D (VD) suppresses keratinocyte growth and induces its differentiation by binding to VD receptor. VD increases expression of phopholipase C and involucrin through VD response elements in the promoter. Vitamin D receptor (VDR) recruits mainly DRIP (vitamin D receptor interacting protein) during keratinocyte proliferation, but SRC (steroid receptor coactivator) during differentiation.
维生素D(VD)通过与维生素D受体结合来抑制角质形成细胞的生长并诱导其分化。VD通过启动子中的维生素D反应元件增加磷脂酶C和内披蛋白的表达。在角质形成细胞增殖过程中,维生素D受体(VDR)主要募集DRIP(维生素D受体相互作用蛋白),而在分化过程中募集SRC(类固醇受体共激活因子)。
