Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Dracocephalum moldavica.

METHOD

The compounds were isolated by using column chromatography with RA polystyrene resin, polyamide and silica gel as packing materials, and the structures of the compounds were identified by means of spectral data.

RESULT

eight compounds were identified as apigenin(I), luteolin(II), kaempferol(III), isorhamnetin(IV), tilianin(V), agastachoside(VI), acacetin-7-O-(6-O-Malonyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside) (VII) and syringaresinol(VIII).

CONCLUSION

Compounds I, II and III were isolated from genus Dracocephalum for the first time and compounds IV, VII and VIII were isolated from Dracocephalum moldavuca for the first time.

目的

研究香青兰全草的化学成分。

方法

采用以RA聚苯乙烯树脂、聚酰胺和硅胶为填充材料的柱色谱法分离化合物,并通过光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。

结果

鉴定出8种化合物,分别为芹菜素(I)、木犀草素(II)、山柰酚(III)、异鼠李素(IV)、田蓟苷(V)、藿香苷(VI)、刺槐素-7-O-(6-O-丙二酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷)(VII)和丁香树脂酚(VIII)。

结论

化合物I、II和III首次从青兰属植物中分离得到,化合物IV、VII和VIII首次从香青兰中分离得到。
