Abstract

Symptomatic basilar artery stenosis can be treated with stents. However, it still has limitations such as technical difficulty and restenosis. We describe a 61-year-old man with episodic vertigo and significant basilar artery stenosis, who was successfully treated with drug-eluting stent. At 6 month follow-up, cerebral angiography revealed patent basilar artery.

有症状的基底动脉狭窄可以通过支架进行治疗。然而，它仍然存在技术难度和再狭窄等局限性。我们描述了一名61岁患有发作性眩晕且基底动脉严重狭窄的男性患者，他通过药物洗脱支架成功得到治疗。在6个月的随访中，脑血管造影显示基底动脉通畅。
