Abstract
A 52-year-old man was stung by a wasp on his left conjunctiva. On the day of the injury, severe chemosis and perilimbal cell infiltration were observed. On the next day, a peculiar linear keratitis was seen. Systemic and topical corticosteroids were applied successfully.

一名52岁男性左侧结膜被黄蜂蜇伤。受伤当天，观察到严重的球结膜水肿和角膜缘细胞浸润。第二天，出现了一种特殊的线状角膜炎。全身及局部应用皮质类固醇治疗成功。
