[Subcardial stomach diverticulum and gastroesophageal reflux].

Gastric diverticulum is a rare disease, often benign and specifically located in the right paracardial region. The authors report a case of left paracardial diverticulum with gastro-oesophageal reflux. This association should be treated surgically with resection of the diverticulum, after failure of medical treatment.
