To study taxanes of the cell cultures of Taxus chinensis.
The cell cultures were extracted with 95% alcohol, distributed by different solvents, isolated via column chromatogaphy on silica gel by eluting with various proportions of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate and purified by crystallization with ethanol.
A taxane was isolated from the cell cultures of Taxus chinensis and its structure was identified as 2alpha,5alpha, 10beta, 14beta-tetraacetoxy-taxa-4 (20), 11-diene (Taxuyunnanine C) on the base of spectrum data.
The compound was isolated from the cell cultures of Taxus chinensis for the first time.

用95%乙醇对细胞培养物进行提取,经不同溶剂分配,通过硅胶柱色谱,用不同比例的石油醚 - 乙酸乙酯洗脱进行分离,并用乙醇结晶纯化。
从中国红豆杉细胞培养物中分离得到一种紫杉烷类化合物,根据光谱数据确定其结构为2α,5α,10β,14β - 四乙酰氧基 - 紫杉 - 4(20),11 - 二烯(云南紫杉碱C)。
该化合物首次从中国红豆杉细胞培养物中分离得到。
