Cutaneous metastasis of malignant melanoma usually presents as pigmented or non-pigmented, sometimes angiomatous nodules of various sizes. However, we recently observed a further example of haemorrhagic-like cutaneous metastasis, a quite infrequent clinical pattern, remarkable for the multiplicity of lesions.
