Abstract

The third case of a malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the female urethra is reported. The urethra was the primary localisation of the malignancy. In the two other cases which could be found in a literature review urethral involvement by this disease was secondary to other organs. In all cases the tumor first was described as a caruncle. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of urethral tumors.

报告了第三例女性尿道恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤。尿道是该恶性肿瘤的主要发病部位。在文献综述中发现的另外两例病例中，该疾病累及尿道是继发于其他器官。在所有病例中，肿瘤最初均被描述为肉阜。在尿道肿瘤的鉴别诊断中应考虑非霍奇金淋巴瘤。
