Abstract
Duplication cysts of the stomach are uncommon findings in adult patients and diagnosis is often overlooked. Presenting symptoms are often non-specific, but complications, including chronic infections, ruptures or carcinoma arising in the cyst, are rare. We report a case of a non-communicating cyst of the stomach in a 67-year-old man.

胃重复囊肿在成年患者中并不常见，诊断常常被忽视。其出现的症状通常不具有特异性，但并发症，包括慢性感染、囊肿破裂或囊肿内发生癌变，却很罕见。我们报告一例67岁男性的非交通性胃囊肿病例。
