In the present study, the polymorphism of human leucocyte antigen class II genes was investigated by the sequence-based typing method in two Chinese populations: the Miaos (n = 85) from Guizhou province and the Yaos (n = 66) from Yunnan province. These two populations exhibited certain similarity in their allelic distributions. Among 24 DRB1 alleles detected, DRB1150101, DRB1140101, DRB1160201 and DRB1090102 in Miao and DRB1120201, DRB1140101, DRB1150101 and DRB1090102 in Yao were highly predominant. Sixteen DQB1 alleles in total were found in these two populations among which DQB1050201, DQB1060101/060103 and DQB1030101/0309 in both Miao and Yao and DQB1050301 in Yao were commonly observed. In the 13 DPB1 alleles detected, the most frequent allele was DPB10501 in Miao and Yao followed by DPB102 and DPB1*1301. Frequent comparisons with other Chinese populations suggested the southern Chinese feature for both the Miao and Yao nationalities.
在本研究中,采用基于序列的分型方法,对来自中国两个群体的人类白细胞抗原II类基因多态性进行了研究:贵州省的苗族(n = 85)和云南省的瑶族(n = 66)。这两个群体在等位基因分布上表现出一定的相似性。在检测到的24个DRB1等位基因中,苗族的DRB1150101、DRB1140101、DRB1160201和DRB1090102以及瑶族的DRB1120201、DRB1140101、DRB1150101和DRB1090102高度占优势。在这两个群体中共发现16个DQB1等位基因,其中苗族和瑶族的DQB1050201、DQB1060101/060103和DQB1030101/0309以及瑶族的DQB1050301较为常见。在检测到的13个DPB1等位基因中,苗族和瑶族中最常见的等位基因是DPB10501,其次是DPB102和DPB1*1301。与其他中国群体的频繁比较表明,苗族和瑶族都具有中国南方人群的特征。
