Health care providers should be reluctant to agree in guarantees for the success of medical therapies, since medical decisions may be influenced in different ways by that. Bureaucracy may hinder the spreading of Integrated Health Care; therefore simple regulations should be preferred. Reimbursement should not be designed according to conventional systems for outpatient or inpatient care, but as defined sums of money.
