Abstract
Two novel pregnane glycosides, together with one new aglycone, were isolated from the roots of Stephanotis mucronata. Their structures were determined by means of chemical evidence and extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR. The two pregnane glycosides displayed significant immunosuppressive activities in vitro.

从尖瓣花（Stephanotis mucronata）的根部分离出两种新型孕甾烷糖苷以及一种新的苷元。通过化学证据和包括一维和二维核磁共振在内的广泛光谱方法确定了它们的结构。这两种孕甾烷糖苷在体外表现出显著的免疫抑制活性。
