OBJECTIVE
This is the first case report of a second-degree heart block (Mobitz Type I) described in a patient with anorexia nervosa (AN).
METHOD
We present the case of a 20-year-old woman with AN and second-degree heart block. Pertinent reports in the literature regarding atrioventricular conduction abnormalities as well as cardiac rhythm disturbances are reviewed.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION
Although this patient's second-degree heart block may represent an intrinsic conduction abnormality unrelated to her AN, the importance of the validation of medical conditions during the treatment of AN is discussed.

本文是首例关于神经性厌食症（AN）患者出现二度房室传导阻滞（莫氏I型）的病例报告。
