Abstract
Thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) or Buerger's disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by the development of segmental thrombotic occlusions of the medium and small arteries of the extremities. Exception of the peripheral arteries of the extremities in TAO is very rare. Reported herein is the first case of intrarenal branch involvement of the renal artery due to TAO.

血栓闭塞性脉管炎（TAO）或伯格氏病是一种临床综合征，其特征是四肢中小动脉出现节段性血栓性闭塞。TAO累及四肢外周动脉以外的情况非常罕见。本文报道了首例因TAO导致肾动脉肾内分支受累的病例。
