Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To study the value of spiral CT scan in diagnosis of the respiratory tract foreign body in children.
METHOD
Eighty-four patients with negative chest X-rays who were considered to have respiratory tract foreign body were done chest spiral CT scans.
RESULT
All cases were found foreign body under spiral CT scans.
CONCLUSION
Spiral CT scan is a special and valuable diagnostic method for respiratory tract foreign body. It can make up for the lack of chest X-rays.
摘要
目的
探讨螺旋CT扫描在儿童呼吸道异物诊断中的价值。
方法
对84例胸部X线检查阴性但疑有呼吸道异物的患儿进行胸部螺旋CT扫描。
结果
螺旋CT扫描均发现异物。
结论
螺旋CT扫描是诊断呼吸道异物的一种特殊且有价值的诊断方法，可弥补胸部X线检查的不足。
