Elbow arthroscopy has become to be the most useful tool for the treatment of many intra-articular affections of the elbow. Radiological statement is necessary including plain radiographs and CT or MR arthrography before performing arthroscopy. Loose bodies are the more frequent indication, they are often related with an other intra-articular pathology. The others indications for an elbow arthroscopy can be, osteochondritis dissecans, synovial fringe, synovitis especially rheumatoid arthritis and arthritic elbow. The treatment of this different pathologies is discribe keeping in mind the potential risks especially neurological.
