Abstract

Bilateral Adie's syndrome is characterized by the presence of a tonic pupil connected with accommodation problems. Very often, it coexists with latent hypermetropia, corneal hyposensivity. Typical signs are weakened tendons reflexes. We present the 8 years old girl with bilateral Adie's syndrome, which was the cause of school problems.

摘要

双侧阿狄氏综合征的特征是存在与调节问题相关的强直性瞳孔。它常常与潜在远视、角膜感觉减退同时存在。典型体征是腱反射减弱。我们报告一名患有双侧阿狄氏综合征的8岁女孩，该综合征是其学业问题的病因。
