Abstract

A new case of adult-type granulosa cell tumor of the testis in a 77-year-old man is reported. The patient was healthy and asymptomatic and only showed a discrete left hydrocele. The orchiectomy specimen showed the typical histology of this entity, with prominent nuclear grooving and Call-Exner-like bodies as the main features. The literature on this exceedingly rare tumor in the testis is reviewed and briefly commented upon.

报告了一例77岁男性睾丸成人型颗粒细胞瘤新病例。患者身体健康，无症状，仅表现为左侧孤立性鞘膜积液。睾丸切除标本显示了该实体的典型组织学特征，主要特征为显著的核沟和Call-Exner样小体。本文对睾丸中这种极其罕见肿瘤的文献进行了综述并简要评论。
