Abstract
This article presents a patient with amelogenesis imperfecta rehabilitated with all-ceramic crowns following surgical and orthodontic intervention. The 6-year evaluation of the esthetics and function of the restorations showed evidence of isolated pulp exposure and crown fractures in the posterior areas.

本文介绍了一名牙釉质发育不全患者，在接受手术和正畸干预后，用全瓷冠进行修复。对修复体的美学和功能进行的6年评估显示，后部区域存在孤立性牙髓暴露和牙冠骨折的迹象。
