A new C(17)-polyacetylene, named hederyne A (1), has been isolated from the MeOH extract of galls of Hedera rhombea Bean (Araliaceae), together with two known polyacetylenes, falcarindiol (2) and 11,12-dehydrofalcarinol (3). The structure elucidation of 1 was achieved by NMR, MS, IR, and UV spectroscopy. Hederyne A (1) was a new C(17)-diacetylene containing 1,3-propanediol and exhibited selective antimicrobial activity against Micrococus luteus.
从菱叶常春藤(五加科)虫瘿的甲醇提取物中分离出一种新的C(17)-聚乙炔,命名为常春藤炔A(1),同时还分离出两种已知的聚乙炔,镰叶芹二醇(2)和11,12-脱氢镰叶芹醇(3)。通过核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)和紫外光谱(UV)对1进行了结构解析。常春藤炔A(1)是一种含有1,3-丙二醇的新型C(17)-二乙炔,对藤黄微球菌具有选择性抗菌活性。
