Abstract

Avulsion fracture of flexor digitorum profundus is uncomun and usualy related to sports injurys. IV type of Jersey finger is very rare and only few cases have been reported so far. A minimal traumatic form is reported in 34 years old patient; surgery which included open reduction and pullout fixation followed by physiotherapy, led to restoration of a full range of motion of the involved digit.

指深屈肌撕脱骨折并不常见，通常与运动损伤有关。IV型“篮球指”非常罕见，迄今为止仅有少数病例报道。本文报道了一名34岁患者的轻微创伤形式；手术包括切开复位和拔出内固定，随后进行物理治疗，使患指恢复了全范围活动。
