[Multiple pregnancy and breech presentation].

The article is about multiple pregnancy with twins during labor, when the first twin is in vertex presentation and the second is in breech presentation. The authors observe the obstetrical management in this combination in the clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Stara Zagora for 12 years period--1990-2001.
