Abstract
This work deals with those conflict situations that arise between the duty of secrecy by health professionals and the interest in safekeeping the life and physical integrity of third parties when dealing with behaviours by the patient, whether intentional or not, that could harm or place in danger those legal goods. The special situations of conflict that could arise in the ambit of genetic diagnosis are dealt as a special problem.

这项工作涉及到卫生专业人员的保密义务与在处理患者行为（无论有意与否）时保护第三方生命和身体完整性的利益之间出现的冲突情况，这些行为可能会损害或危及那些合法权益。在基因诊断范围内可能出现的特殊冲突情况作为一个特殊问题进行处理。
