Abstract

In this review are followed the basic methods for evaluation of the fetal status during delivery in modern delivery room. Here are shown methods for following of fetal heart rate, fetal pulsoxymetry, acid base balance and amnioscopy. It has been revealed the up-to-date abilities of technique, the performance of these methods, the clinical interpretation of the evaluated parameters from the point of view of the delivery room medical staff.
