OBJECTIVE
Lumbar intervertebral discal cysts are rarely reported. To our knowledge, only 12 cases have been reported in the literature. The symptoms are indistinguishable from those of typical discal herniation. Our aim is to report the imaging characteristics, method of percutaneous CT-guided aspiration, and clinical outcome after management of lumbar intervertebral discal cysts.
CONCLUSION
Percutaneous CT-guided aspiration is an effective method for the management of lumbar intervertebral discal cysts.
目的
腰椎间盘囊肿鲜有报道。据我们所知，文献中仅报道过12例。其症状与典型椎间盘突出症的症状难以区分。我们的目的是报告腰椎间盘囊肿的影像学特征、经皮CT引导下抽吸的方法以及治疗后的临床结果。
结论
经皮CT引导下抽吸是治疗腰椎间盘囊肿的有效方法。
