A 15-year-old patient with an unoperated complete bilateral cleft of the lip and palate was operated in 1955. The premaxilla was sacrificed and replaced with a prosthesis. The prolabium was hypoplastic and was used to reconstruct the columella. A follow-up of 33 years is presented.
