To compare clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture along channel and routine acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
One hundred and sixty-five cases were randomly divided into an observation group (n=85) and a control group (n=80). The observation group were treated with acupuncture at corresponding channel points according to types of the Gallbladder Channel and the Bladder Channel, and the control group were treated with acupuncture at routinely selected acupoints. Their therapeutic effects after treatment of 4 courses and their recurrence rates half a year later were observed.
The cured and markedly effective rate of 88.2% and the recurrence rate of 24.0% in the observation group were significantly better than 72.5% and 41.4% in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (both P<0.05).
Corresponding channel point selection for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has significant short-term and long-term therapeutic effects.
比较循经针刺与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。
将165例患者随机分为观察组（n = 85）和对照组（n = 80）。观察组根据足少阳胆经和足太阳膀胱经的类型在相应经穴进行针刺，对照组在常规选取的穴位进行针刺。观察两组治疗4个疗程后的疗效及半年后的复发率。
观察组的治愈率和显效率为88.2%，复发率为24.0%，明显优于对照组的72.5%和41.4%，两组差异有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。
选取相应经穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著的近期和远期疗效。
