Abstract

In 2005--5 cases of human brucellosis in Poland were reported. One domestic case comprises chronically ill professional who in the past was involved for many years in the control of animal brucellosis. All cases of acute infection (4 cases) were imported from endemic areas. In 2006 no case of human brucellosis in Poland was reported.

2005年，波兰报告了5例人类布鲁氏菌病病例。其中1例本土病例为一名慢性病患者，该患者过去多年一直从事动物布鲁氏菌病防治工作。所有急性感染病例（4例）均从疫区输入。2006年，波兰未报告人类布鲁氏菌病病例。
