Abstract
A 62-year-old asymptomatic woman was found to have a left pulmonary artery filling defect on a contrast computerized tomography scan of the chest. Workup revealed a diagnosis of left pulmonary artery sarcoma. Pulmonary artery sarcomas are rare tumors with poor prognosis. A high index of clinical suspicion is required to make a timely diagnosis and avoid inappropriate treatment for pulmonary embolism.

一名62岁无症状女性在胸部增强计算机断层扫描中发现左肺动脉充盈缺损。进一步检查诊断为左肺动脉肉瘤。肺动脉肉瘤是一种罕见肿瘤，预后较差。需要高度的临床怀疑指数才能及时做出诊断，并避免对肺栓塞进行不恰当的治疗。
