OBJECTIVE
CT-guided core biopsy is playing an increasing role in the diagnosis of benign disease, cellular differentiation, somatic mutation analysis, and molecular fingerprint analysis.
CONCLUSION
In this article, we summarize the basic concepts, protocols, and techniques that we use for CT-guided core biopsy of lung lesions to assist radiologists in obtaining diagnostic specimens while reducing preventable complications.
目的
CT引导下的粗针活检在良性疾病诊断、细胞分化、体细胞突变分析及分子指纹分析中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
结论
在本文中，我们总结了用于CT引导下肺病变粗针活检的基本概念、方案及技术，以帮助放射科医生获取诊断性标本，同时减少可预防的并发症。
