Abstract
Human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-B4509 differs from the closest HLA-B4502 by three nucleotides that lead to changes of Tyr113His, Asn114Asp and Phe116Ser. HLA-B5212 differs from HLA-B520101 by a single nucleotide substitution, leading to a change of Asn114Asp.

人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-B4509与最接近的HLA-B4502在三个核苷酸上存在差异，这导致了第113位酪氨酸变为组氨酸、第114位天冬酰胺变为天冬氨酸以及第116位苯丙氨酸变为丝氨酸。HLA-B5212与HLA-B520101存在一个单核苷酸替换，导致第114位天冬酰胺变为天冬氨酸。
