Abstract

Examinations of VEP were performed in 32 cases of pseudophakia (20 implants to the anterior, 12 to the posterior chamber). The impulses were light flashes and a reversible checkboard pattern. Normal records of VEP were obtained in 93 p.c. of cases with the use of a light flash and in 75 p.c. by applying a checkboard pattern. No correlation was found between the visual acuity and the VEP. The authors observed a shortening of the latency time of the N2 bend after implantation of the lens using the light flashes.

对32例人工晶状体植入患者(20例植入前房型,12例植入后房型)进行了视觉诱发电位(VEP)检查。刺激信号为闪光和可逆棋盘格图案。使用闪光时,93%的病例获得了正常的VEP记录;应用棋盘格图案时,75%的病例获得了正常记录。未发现视力与VEP之间存在相关性。作者观察到,使用闪光时,晶状体植入后N2波峰的潜伏期缩短。
