Abstract
Duodenal bile in patients with viral hepatitis is characterized by reduction of the proteolytic and antiproteolytic activity. Relative indices (AP/P) increased in the convalescent period and reduced in chronic course of viral hepatitis. The authors present a scheme of proteolysis of the liver tissue with participation of pancreatic enzymes.

病毒性肝炎患者十二指肠胆汁的特点是蛋白水解和抗蛋白水解活性降低。相对指数（AP/P）在恢复期升高，在病毒性肝炎慢性病程中降低。作者提出了一种在胰腺酶参与下肝脏组织蛋白水解的方案。
