The acquired immune deficiency syndrome is a lethal multispectrum disease. Ocular manifestations of AIDS occur in 75% of cases when the immunity lowers down to low level with a low CD4 lymphocytic count. Most common manifestation is opportunistic infections. Out of which molluscum contagiosum virus infections with adnexal manifestation are common. Sometime the lesions are confused with other benign infection: Careful history taking, typical clinical findings with diagnostic test detects the underlying disease. An unusual manifestation of AIDS in a 30 years old female patient is presented herewith.
