Abstract
AIDS, hepatitis, and gay bowel syndrome are among the many problems which occur more frequently in male homosexuals. The physician should have a routine screening program for such patients and be aware of all patients' sexual preferences. Counselling on lifestyle and an awareness of psychosocial issues in homosexuality are important in preventing many of these disorders. Hepatitis B vaccine is a significant breakthrough and its use should be actively encouraged.
摘要
艾滋病、肝炎和同性恋肠道综合征是男性同性恋者中更频繁出现的众多问题中的一部分。医生应对此类患者进行常规筛查，并了解所有患者的性取向。就生活方式提供咨询以及认识到同性恋中的心理社会问题对于预防许多此类疾病很重要。乙肝疫苗是一项重大突破，应积极鼓励使用。
