Abstract

The use of grafts in rhinoplasty has increased exponentially over the past three decades, specially after the advent of the external approach to the nasal dorsum. The same results can be achieved with the endonasal approach, with judicious use of a small number of grafts, and still maintain the structural integrity of the nose.
