[A six-canal maxillary first molar: case report].

This paper reported a case of right maxillary first molar that presented six root canals. Root canal therapy and case management were described. The importance of looking for additional canals and unusual canal morphology was addressed, because knowledge of their existence might occasionally enable clinicians to treat a case successfully that otherwise might have ended in failure.
