Walthard inclusions are described, which are frequent found like small nodules or cysts on the serosa of fallopian tubes and uterine ligaments under routine pelviscopy. The importance of Walthard inclusions is emphasized for distinguishing from the tubercles. During the three years period the incidence of Walthard inclusions from the 574 pelviscopic examinations was 19.7%.
