To establish a method to directly determine 21 elements in serum by dynamic reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (DRC-ICP-MS).
The serum samples were diluted with 1% nitric acid by 3 times. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used simultaneously to detect the serum concentrations of 21 elements (Be, Al, Mn, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Ba, T1, Ph, Th, U).
The detection limits of all elements were between 0.001-0.0711 g/1. Standard linear correlation coefficients (r) were 50.999. Standard deviations were less than 5%,the recovery rates were 90%-114%. Standard reference materials were used for quality control standards and the analysis results conformed with the certified values.
The present method is a simple, rapid,sensitive and accurate method for detecting the serum samples.
建立一种通过动态反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱法(DRC-ICP-MS)直接测定血清中21种元素的方法。
血清样本用1%硝酸稀释3倍。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时检测血清中21种元素(铍、铝、锰、钒、铬、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、钼、银、镉、锑、钡、铊、铅、钍、铀)的浓度。
所有元素的检测限在0.001 - 0.0711μg/L之间。标准线性相关系数(r)均大于0.999。标准偏差小于5%,回收率为90% - 114%。采用标准参考物质作为质量控制标准,分析结果与认定值相符。
本方法是一种检测血清样本的简单、快速、灵敏且准确的方法。
