Abstract

The bridge between hospital and home in the puerperal period needs to be assessed for effective intervention, anticipatory guidance, and support in parenting careers. Through the development of specific goals, assessment criteria and cultural implications, the nurse practitioner can hopefully minimize the development crisis for the postpartal family unit.

产后阶段医院与家庭之间的衔接需要进行评估，以便在育儿过程中进行有效干预、提供预期指导和支持。通过制定具体目标、评估标准和文化内涵，执业护士有望将产后家庭单元的发展危机降至最低。
