OBJECTIVE
To define anatomical variations that may lead to rhinogenic contact point headache.
METHODS
Paranasal sinuses CT scan and medical records of sixty-five patients who underwent a successful endoscopic surgery for rhinogenic contact point headache reviewed.
RESULTS
Eleven distinct anatomical variations were found in patients with rhinogenic contact point headache. All of them were surgically curable.
CONCLUSION
There are multiple anatomical situations that may lead to rhinogenic contact point headache and each one has its own characteristics. Treatment plan should be personalized for every patient considering the diagnosed anatomical variation.
目的
确定可能导致鼻源性接触点头痛的解剖变异。
方法
回顾了65例因鼻源性接触点头痛接受成功内镜手术患者的鼻窦CT扫描及病历。
结果
在鼻源性接触点头痛患者中发现了11种不同的解剖变异。所有这些变异均可通过手术治愈。
结论
存在多种可能导致鼻源性接触点头痛的解剖情况，且每种情况都有其自身特点。应根据诊断出的解剖变异为每位患者制定个性化的治疗方案。
