To observe the effects of Di' ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule (DK) on the plasma levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), and endothelin (ET) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and to study its underlying mechanisms.
Totally 100 patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography were randomly assigned to two groups, the control group (60 cases) and the DK treatment group (40 cases). Patients in the control group received conventional therapy, while those in the DK treatment group received DK additionally. The therapeutic course for all was 3 months. The plasma levels of SOD, MDA, ET, and NO were determined pre-treatment, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment.
Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of SOD and NO increased and the levels of MDA and ET decreased at each time point. Besides, better effects were obtained in the DK treatment group (P < 0.05).
DK possibly played a role in inhibiting lipid peroxidation and improving the endothelial dysfunction.
观察地奥心血康软胶囊(DK)对冠心病(CHD)患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)水平的影响,并探讨其潜在机制。
将100例经冠状动脉造影确诊的CHD患者随机分为两组,对照组(60例)和DK治疗组(40例)。对照组患者接受常规治疗,DK治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加用DK。两组疗程均为3个月。于治疗前及治疗后4、8、12周测定血浆SOD、MDA、ET及NO水平。
与治疗前比较,各时间点血清SOD、NO水平升高,MDA、ET水平降低。此外,DK治疗组疗效更佳(P<0.05)。
DK可能通过抑制脂质过氧化、改善内皮功能障碍发挥作用。
