Abstract
Thermal bowel injury following transurethral bladder tumour resection is a rare but potentially lethal complication. This article reports a case of isolated bowel perforation without concomitant bladder perforation. Although rare, clinicians should be aware of this complication, so that the diagnosis can be made promptly.

经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术后的热肠道损伤是一种罕见但可能致命的并发症。本文报道一例孤立性肠穿孔且无膀胱穿孔的病例。尽管罕见，但临床医生应意识到这种并发症，以便能及时做出诊断。
