Abstract
We report a case of intestinal obstruction and duodenal dissection resulting from an intramural haematoma after therapeutic upper digestive endoscopy with injection therapy for a bleeding duodenal ulcer in a patient on long-term haemodialysis with liver cirrhosis.

我们报告了一例在接受长期血液透析且患有肝硬化的患者中，因治疗十二指肠溃疡出血行上消化道内镜注射治疗后发生壁内血肿，进而导致肠梗阻和十二指肠剥离的病例。
