[The basal cell nevus syndrome].

The authors describe pathological changes, incl. X-ray changes and histological documentation, in two patients with the syndrome of naevoid basiliomas. In the treatment cryosurgery proved useful. In the discussion the authors summarize literary data on the frequency of basiliomas in different organs and systems of ectodermal and mesodermal origin and on the incidence of malignant tumours. They emphasize interdisciplinary cooperation, early establishment of the diagnosis and dispensarization of the patients.
