Abstract

Achalasia is infrequently reported in infants and children. It occurs exceedingly rarely in siblings. Only 33 cases of familial childhood achalasia were collected in the literature till 1987. Three definite cases and one suspicious additional case are presented and the aetiology is discussed.

贲门失弛缓症在婴幼儿中鲜有报道。在兄弟姐妹中极为罕见。截至1987年，文献中仅收集到33例家族性儿童贲门失弛缓症病例。本文报告了3例确诊病例和1例疑似病例，并对病因进行了讨论。
