Abstract

Solubility data were measured for omeprazole sulfide in ethanol, 95 mass-% ethanol, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, methanol, acetone, -butanol and -propanol in the temperature range from 280.35 to 319.65 K by employing the gravimetric method. The solubilities increase with temperature and they are in good agreement with the calculated solubility of the modified Apelblat equation and the equation. The experimental solubility and correlation equation in this work can be used as essential data and model in the purification process of omeprazole sulfide. The thermodynamic properties of the solution process, including the Gibbs energy, enthalpy, and entropy were calculated using the van't Hoff equation.

摘要

采用重量法测定了奥美拉唑硫化物在乙醇、95质量%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、甲醇、丙酮、正丁醇和正丙醇中的溶解度数据,温度范围为280.35至319.65K。溶解度随温度升高而增加,与修正的Apelblat方程和 方程计算的溶解度吻合良好。本研究中的实验溶解度和关联方程可作为奥美拉唑硫化物纯化过程中的重要数据和模型。利用范特霍夫方程计算了溶解过程的热力学性质,包括吉布斯自由能、焓和熵。
