A serological classification scheme for 48 strains of Bacteroides vulgatus was established by agglutination technique. Bacterial strains were isolated in our laboratory from gut flora of healthy persons. Absorbed antisera to 11 strains of B. vulgatus were prepared. All 48 strains tested reacted with one or more antisera. Among these strains, 22 serogroups were formed; 11 of them contained only one group component and 11 were made up of multiple group components.
采用凝集技术建立了48株普通拟杆菌的血清学分类方案。细菌菌株由我们实验室从健康人的肠道菌群中分离得到。制备了针对11株普通拟杆菌的吸收抗血清。所检测的48株菌株均与一种或多种抗血清发生反应。在这些菌株中,形成了22个血清群;其中11个血清群仅包含一个群组分,11个血清群由多个群组分组成。
